Uh... Clicky Thing? ๐ธ
This is like, the whole deal with how your capo's gonna act. Buckle up, peeps.
Capo Turned On or Nah?
Figures out if the capo shows up by default when you yeet a fresh song into OnSong, or if we're makin' it a whole system thing.
Capo Does Its Thing
Decides globally which way your capo's gonna flip those chords around. Peep the options:
- Down yanks the chords down by however many half steps your capo's screamin' for. This is so your transposed key actually sounds like what you wanted instead of just lookin' pretty on the screen. Like, say you're tryna vibe in B but you slap capo 2 on thereโOnSong's gonna spit out chords in A. Then your capo on fret two lifts those A chords up to B & boom, you got your transposed key feelin' all legit. Chef's kiss.
- Up cranks the chords up by however many half steps your capo demands. Totes handy if you wanna let OnSong do the transposition math while your capo does the heavy liftin'. Basically the song displays one key but sounds like a whole different vibe. Picture this: song's in A, you slap capo 2, chords show B on screen but ears hear somethin' else. Honestly? We're still tryna figure out why anyone actually wants this. But here we are. ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ
