Slap Sum Color On It

OnSong's gonna hit you with boring black text on a sad white background to make ya feel like you're squintin' at actual paper. (Because that's peak UX, amirite?) Wanna dim the lights & not go blind? Peep Low Light Mode & your eyes will thank you.

Play around with these tint colors to make OnSong stop lookin' so vanilla & corporate. Adjust the light & dark stuff to whatever vibe you're goin' for—less contrast, sepia dreams, you name it.

The Dark Color (aka The Text Glow-Up)

This is the color OnSong uses to scribble text on your screen by default. Tap the row & boom—color picker opens up. Choose from our sad lil' presets or make your own disaster:

  • Clear means... nothin' happens. Radical.
  • Grey throws 20% grey at the base color cuz apparently you hate contrast.
  • Sepia slaps a 20% brown tint on there to make everything look like your grandma's photo album.

The Light Color (aka The Background Mood)

This is what OnSong uses to paint the paper-lookin' background by default. Tap the row & the color picker appears. Grab a preset or roll your own:

  • Clear = zero tint. Shocker.
  • Grey applies 20% grey to soften that assault on your eyeballs.
  • Sepia adds 20% brown for that ~vintage~ aesthetic.

Note: Tint colors layer on top of the base color dependin' on how see-through they are. Wanna actually REPLACE the color instead of tint it? Make a color with zero opacity & watch the magic happen.
